PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

If verbal communication with customers or manager is provided, this should be written on work request.
• Inspects all jobs for accuracy, quality and prepares print jobs for delivery.
• Complete all job tracking logs, POD orders, Print POs and any required reports accurately and on a daily basis.
• Ability to provide quotes for simple BW print jobs and use the pricing grid for established core color jobs.
• Monitor paper inventory and notify supervisor if paper stock or supplies need to be ordered and participate as a contributing team member by providing ideas, backup support and cross training that facilitates improvement of quality and efficiencies.
